New England Vacation and Fall Fun
We took our first real vacation as a family up to the New England area. We stopped in Newport, RI where my brother Jim is currently attending War College then went to Boston for a few days and Mystic, CT for a night. We finished up our vacation at Mam's house in New Jersey for a delecious 3rd Anniversary dinner of ribs, corn, and rolls. Noah did very well. He learned quickly that if he cried we would bring him into bed as to not disturb the other guests which wasn't too bad until the last night when he rolled and rolled and rolled for hours and none of us got much sleep. We have also been going to some farms for fall fun. We went to Weber's farm which is very close to us and I never realized it before. Noah had fun on his first hayride and pushing around some tractors and mommy nearly had a heart attack going down the big slide with Noah. We also went to Baugher's farm out in westminster. We did some applepicking and are now enjoying lots of applesauce! We didn't have as much time out there as we would have liked, but hope to go back next year - I think Noah will have an even better time then!
